Clarkston Cares, a program of Remerge, Inc., helps families move from crisis to stability.

2025 has been a year of crisis after crisis — but time after time, YOU helped Clarkston Cares change lives.

When snowstorms hit our region, you ensured that homeless families had safe, warm shelter.

When federal funding was cut for newly arrived refugees, you helped 26 families keep their homes.

When school social workers called us with no other resources to help their homeless students, you helped keep these students housed and out of foster care.

When women fled domestic violence and found no space in local shelters, you helped us bring them to safety.

When SNAP benefits didn’t come, you made sure hungry bellies were fed.

And together, we even helped a baby boy be adopted into his forever family!
